Starting our own network security business was a natural step for us, combining our technical know-how with a shared commitment to protecting the digital backbone of our community. Our Team

Brandon McNeilly

Brandon McNeilly is a dedicated cybersecurity consultant and co-owner of DB Secure Solutions, where he helps organizations protect their networks, data, and reputation from evolving digital threats. With a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity and more than 15 industry certifications, Brandon combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver practical, forward-thinking security solutions.

His passion for cybersecurity was sparked by a firsthand experience: “I found my calling for cybersecurity after a company I worked for had a ransomware attack. I did not work in IT at the time, but I was able to observe the fear and chaos that this incident caused. I was amazed to learn there were no procedures put in place or even knowledge about what to do in a situation like this. This started my path for knowledge and led to many certifications as well as a college degree. I love continuing to learn, and network security provides the ever-changing landscape that quenches that thirst.”

Brandon continues to grow in the field, staying current with new threats, technologies, and best practices. He is passionate about helping others understand the importance of cybersecurity and believes in building a safer digital world—one client at a time.

Dylan McDaniel is a dedicated technology professional and co-owner of DB Secure Solutions with a passion for cybersecurity, networking, and continuous learning. Based in East Tennessee, Dylan has spent years exploring how technology works and helping others solve complex IT issues. His enthusiasm for troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving has shaped his career and inspired the creation of this website—a space to share insights, document learning experiences, and highlight emerging trends in tech.

He holds certifications including CompTIA Security+, PenTest+, and several credentials from Extreme Networks, reflecting a strong commitment to professional growth and technical excellence. Whether working on securing networks or diving into new technologies, Dylan is focused on using his skills to support others and build solutions that make a real impact.
